Tips for Orders

- If you are new to bubble tea then a
business sample kit is recommended. You may
purchase one
online or by contacting our USA order center Toll-Free at
1.877.858.BOBA (2622). Our order center is open
from 8am to 5pm PST.
- Orders are currently accepted for United States and
Canada Customers only.
- An average Bubble Tea Café sells between 150-300 bubble
tea drinks a day. However, some popular shops will serve
over 1000 drinks per day. For first time orders, it is suggested
that you order enough supplies to last you for at least
2-3 weeks. If your stock is running low, you may re-order
at any time. You should receive
product orders within 3-5 business days, depending on location.
- It is suggested that you re-order when you have a minimum of
3 weeks supply left. This allows time for product
to be ordered, packed, shipped and delivered.
- All sales are final. There will be no refunds. Insurance
will be added to the shipping costs and we check the product
twice for any defects or spoilage before we ship it.

our preferred shipping company unless you have a specific
preference.
- Supplies will normally be shipped
FEDEX or USPS. Wholesale orders may be shipped by
other carriers to lower
shipping costs on bulk orders.

Helpful Tips for
Bubble Tea Products
|
- Average shelf life of the tapioca pearls is 6 months if
stored in a cool dry area. All products should
be stored in a cool dry area. Keep products away from excessive
heat while storing. This will ensure that everything will
stay fresh.
- The flavor
powders should have a 1-year shelf life when unopened. There is no need
to freeze the powder. Just store it in a cool dry area.
- The serving size for the 6.6 lbs bag of Bubble Tea Tapioca is about
80-100
servings. Of course, smaller serving size can extend this. A client in the Philippines
gets 120 servings out of a 6.6 lbs bag.
- Flavor powders
(2.2 lbs.) will produce approximately 45-50 servings. This is based on a 16 oz. drink.
- Of course, tapioca will have a better texture fresh. However,
if there is left over tapioca at the end of the day it is
possible to store it over night in the refrigerator. The
following morning place the refrigerated tapioca into boiling
water for 3-5 minutes and then prepare it for serving. This is
not recommended for restaurant use.
- The plastic shakers work just as well as the metal shakers.
The plastic shakers are less expensive, but should only
be used with cool to room temperature beverages. The plastic
shakers have measuring lines on them ensuring accuracy.
These shakers are made of high quality plastic preventing
any cross-contamination of flavors. If you plan on shaking warmer beverages, the metal shaker
is suggested.
