The flavored powder is mostly made from crushed natural fruit and a bit of non-dairy creamer and sugar. The non-dairy creamer and sugar is added to the natural fruit powder to help prevent the powder from clumping. However, Bubble Tea Supply makes sure that during the manufacturing of its flavored powders, the flavor is the most important ingredient to create a natural and vibrant taste for customer satisfaction. Please note that creamer and sweetener still needs to be added to the flavored powder to make the perfect bubble tea drink.

Flavored powder and flavored syrup make different types of drinks. Syrups don't mix well with creamer or milk and will cause the drink to curdle. Syrups are best used to infuse flavors in the teas or to mix with water as a base to make a non-creamy slushy drink. Flavored powders are cream based thus creamer is added to it to make it even creamier and rich to the taste. Flavored powders are best mixed with water or tea as a base to create a creamy slushy drink.

Not all bubble tea drinks have tea in them. Only the drinks that have a tea base have tea in them. The milk tea powders and green tea powders do have tea in them. You can make your bubble tea using the green jasmine tea or black aromatic filter bags But, you don't need to use tea as a base to mix the drink, you can just use water or milk.

Many people favor the fruity flavors. However, the drinks with some caffeine sell well also. The top five flavors are honeydew, strawberry, mango, coffee and milk tea.

Boil 15 minutes, take off the heat and let sit with cover on for 15 minutes. After that you drain and rinse the tapioca under water. Put in a container and coat with sugar or sugar syrup. It's similar to making pasta.

No, we don't carry the 5 minute tapioca pearl because the quality isn't very good for businesses. Our tapioca pearl only takes 15 minutes to boil and sit for 10-15 minutes.

They are both made from tapioca starch. The colored tapioca pearls have pastel colors added to them to make it look more like candy. After cooking them and adding sugar, they have a cotton candy taste. The black/brownish tapioca pearls are the original pearls that were used in the original bubble tea drink. The black/brownish color comes from a bit of caramel added to the starch during preparation. After cooking the black/brown tapioca pearls and adding sugar, it has a sweet caramel taste.

You can store an unopened bag of tapioca pearls for 6-12 months in a cool and dry area. Do not store in the freezer or refrigerator. It will cause the raw tapioca pearl balls to fall apart when opening the bag.

Once the bag of tapioca is opened you need to cook it within a few days to avoid it drying out and crumbling and protect against spoilage.

After cooking the tapioca pearls, put them in a container and coat with sugar or sugar syrup. This should be kept at room temperature or a bit warmer, but do not put in the refrigerator or freezer. The cooked tapioca pearls should be consumed within 8-10 hours.

After preparing the tapioca pearls, it is highly recommended to use them the same day (within 8-10 hours). Do not store in the refrigerator or in a cold area. The cold air will cause the tapioca pearls to harden and will no longer be chewy or pleasant to eat.

No, pearls can not be prepared in the microwave. However, if you cook the tapioca pearls and freeze them flat in a zip loc bag, you can reboil a portion in boiling water for a few minutes to get them chewy again.

Approximately 80-100 servings. This will vary depending on the amount of pearls you use per cup. For example, some bubble tea shops serve 1/4 cup of tapioca pearls with drinks, compared to other stores that use 1/3 cup of pearls with drinks. The amount of pearls used in every cup is based on who is preparing the drink.

Yes, we offer 500ml (16oz) cups. Cups are sold in sleeves of 100 for $14.99 or for businesses they are sold in cases of two thousand.

Preparing bubble tea can be done with a shaker, blender, or shaved ice machine. We recommend that you try the different methods to see the texture that you want to serve. Some businesses offer customers their choice of preparation, this way you can't go wrong with satisfying your customer.

We don't sell shaker machines anymore because we think it's a waste of money. The shaker machine is for novelty. It's not necessary. You can prepare your drinks by shaking it to order, serving it as a liquid or blending it.

You can serve your bubble tea drink in any cup. Some people serve bubble tea warm, thus use a cup that can handle the heat.

A blender may be used to make bubble tea if making a slushy type of drink. Some businesses use a sealer machine to seal covers on the top of each cup instead of using dome or flat lids. The machines are optional.

We do not carry the shaking machine because it's expensive and a novelty piece of equipment. We offer a stainless steel shaker to shake the perfect bubble tea drink or you can make your drink in a blender.
