Question: I am interested in getting information about the sealing machine you carry as well as information regarding the film used with the machine. I can see the pricing to the machine, but can you also tell me the cost, availability, warranty, and return policy.
Answer: The sealer retail price is over $3400 including the seal film. We have a special price currently at $2299.00 for the sealer machine. The sealer machine must be prepaid by check or wire transfer. Once payment is received and funds have cleared, it should take between 2-3 business days for you to receive the machine. We offer 1 year tech support but you shouldn't need it as long as you maintain the machine by cleaning it properly. There are no returns.
Question: I would like to know if the sealer can be used on more than one type/size cup.
Answer: It can be used on many cups as long as the diameter is the same. We stock 500ml (16 oz) and 700ml (24 oz) cups. They are $100 per case. The 500 ml cups come in a case of 2000 and the 700 ml cups come in a case of 1000. These cups are soft. We also offer 500 ml hard cups in cases of 1000.
Sealing Film Information: Sealing film is $380 for 6 rolls or $75 each. Each roll has approximately 4500 seals. The seals come with generic cartoons. Custom orders are possible with a minimum of 50 rolls. There is a $100 one time plate charge per color for printing. There is also a $15 added print charge per roll. Once your artwork is approved it will take about 6 weeks for delivery of custom seals. We have generic prints in stock.
